Resources for those in need
Unique Situations, Individual Solutions.
Through your faithful support we feed over 10,000 people a year and provide 6,000 free showers with a clothing exchange. You are making a life-changing impact on the local community through providing a safe and peaceful place for people that are unsheltered to come and be able to have basic and immediate needs met.
Our Resource Center is where our guest find a variety of resources all in one place. As we provide compassionate services to meet the immediate needs of hunger, showering and rest; trust and relationship is built. Through relationship, we learn what their individual needs are. Those individual needs require individual solutions. This is why The Father’s Heart endeavors to provide a variety of onsite and offsite resources to meet each persons unique needs.
If you or you know someone in need of services, The Father’s Heart Resource Center at 603 12th Street in Oregon City is open Monday – Friday from 9am-1pm or call 503.722.9780.

Emergency Shelter Services
TFH is also an Emergency Warming shelter during the winter months when temperatures reach 33 degrees wind chill. On these extremely cold nights, we save lives by providing a warm, safe place for the homeless to sleep, escape the harsh elements and prevent hypothermia. During the summer months, we serve as a Cooling Center when temperatures reach 95 degrees. Our doors our open to those that do not have AC or live unsheltered. We want to prevent heat exhaustion and heat stroke for our neighbors by offering a cool place to rest and receive light refreshments. We also are a refuge from days of smoke effecting the air quality. When needed, guests can come in and stay out of the dangers of smoke inhalation.
